Service Description

Sertexity provides software tools for viewing and analyzing publicly available cryptocurrency market data. Sertexity is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, or provide personalized investment recommendations.

Acceptable Use

• You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You may not use the platform to distribute malware, scrape in violation of our API terms, or misrepresent Sertexity as a trading or advisory service
• Market data is provided «as is» without warranties of accuracy or completeness

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout unless cancelled. Refund terms are described on the pricing section of our website.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sertexity Inc. is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on information displayed in the platform.
